Henry Koch, CO, K 52 O.V.I, aged 80 years, died Sunday at 2:35 a.m. He is survived by three children among whom is named a daughter, Mrs. Ella Houlihan, No. 912 Utah ave., Butte, Montana, who wired Dr. Haynes to bury the remains in the home cemetery as she was unable to be present. Howard Lodge No. 62, Cuyahoga Falls, was also named in his admission papers to be notified in case of death. Admitted November 17, 1894. Burial in the home cemetery Tuesday at 10 a.m.
